2 days until I walk out at @giantslivestrongman World Tour Finals against an unbelievable line up. I’ll be out classed most likely and out of my depth perhaps but boy I can’t wait to walk out waving my flag to 10’000 Scottish people.

Britains strongest man 2025 - 10th.
I thought this being my 2nd giants show I’d be able to settle in and really show everyone how hard I have worked to close the gap on the best but it just wasn’t to be lastnight. The events were brutal, the competition was world class and I wasn’t at the races. It’s a steep learning curve.
What an experience yet again, the support is unreal, especially my close friends, family and team beef crew who travelled in their numbers. Thank you.
I was happy to “just” be there as long as I was at my best on each event but I was far from it and will have to reflect and figure out why that was the case. One things for sure, forgetting my deadlift suit didn’t help 😂
Thank you @giantslivestrongman , for a fantastic experience, one day I’ll hopefully repay you and all my supporters with a good performance on the big stage.

If people are wondering how bad I want to succeed this year? I have turned down the opportunity of 3 international competitions just to focus on this and UKs.
Back to Grangemouth, my local venue and where I have many great memories. . . . The guys are as good as ever, the events are very challenging, I am doing everything I can to be back on top but so will all of the guys! We are going to have to be on top of our game to wrestle the title off @calsyerpal

Nice to be playing around with some different events today overseeing @scott_milne_strongman last events session before @officialultimatestrongman qualifiers and catching up with @keldo and @liftwithniamh .

Had a play with the @cerberus_strength Sandballs, and tried out the bawbag shoulder medley! That 140kg ball to shoulder is tricky!
Lastly a wee play with the infamous dragon eggs by @atlasendurance_ I find those very tough - 135kg.

The fourth event at @scotlandsstrongestman Qualifier was the Load & Drag with a 140kg keg, 120kg Cerberus Dual-ply Sandbag and a 85kg tire @the___beef crushed the 40m course in 46.86 seconds and @jamiekleiman crushed it in 68.50 seconds
