Brown Bread Buns, an Omelette, Avocado and Rosemary tea

This was today's breakfast spread. Made the buns from scratch and these had some brown flour in them. Brown bread always trumps white in this kitchen. Spread one of them with Peanutbutter and the other with jam
.
The omelette had tomatoes, onions, garlic and HEAR ME OUT; Fish sauce.🫣 I was experimenting a while back and realised it adds a bit of Je Ne sais quoi to the omelette
.
The tea is some rosemary tea since I heard rosemary has calming properties. Does it work? Stay tuned to see if the violent kitchen voiceovers improve😂

The Special Order: The Experience
