Sometimes, you need a trip to the s̶t̶r̶i̶p̶ ̶c̶l̶u̶b̶ theatre. Friends, we’re at the theatre again! This time for Tender at Soho Theatre, our new favourite “wild, riotous and unpredictable” show. (⭐️⭐⭐️️⭐️, The Rendition) The Dancing Bears strip club is failing. Ten covers on a Saturday night. One booking next week. Meanwhile, the new club down the street is packing fifty women. When the boss’s daughter shows up, she realises they’re gonna need a bigger show. Tender weaves a highly comical script with a thoughtful exploration of masculinity, sex, confidence and self-perception, it;s a deep dive into learning how to live in your own body, disguised as a steamy night out. You’ll have more than enough to speak about on the way home with this! Tender is showing at Soho Theatre until 6 June. 🐻 Tender ❤️ @sohotheatre 🗓 Until 06 June

Flush at Arcola Theatre 🩷 “Heartwarming, heartbreaking, real and hilarious, FLUSH is for the girls, gays and everyone who wants to know what really goes down in the girls’ toilets.” (🌟🌟🌟🌟, The Rendition) Set entirely inside a girls’ toilet of a seedy club in East London, cutting across the entire spectrum of womanhood. FLUSH is an intricate and complex inside look into the secrets of the ladies’ room. A cultivation of sisterhood, togetherness and the power of being seen and heard. Miller is able to tackle many themes in a way that perfectly imitates life and a night out; things coming and going but the motion of life persisting regardless. Head to therendition.co.uk for full review 🩷 Flush 📍 @arcolatheatre 🗓️ Until 06 June

SHIFTERS is heading to New York! 🥹🇺🇸 Following sold-out runs at the Bush Theatre and in the West End, Benedict Lombe’s acclaimed romance SHIFTERS will make its North American premiere at Cherry Lane Theatre — New York’s oldest Off-Broadway theatre and a historic cultural landmark in the West Village. Directed by BAFTA-nominated and Evening Standard Theatre Award winner Lynette Linton, the production stars Olivier Award nominee Heather Agyepong alongside Daniel Ezra. At its heart, SHIFTERS asks: “Who gets to be viewed and celebrated as a romantic lead? Whose cultures and histories are brought into focus? Who gets to be audacious? Who gets to be complex and flawed and funny and intelligent and joyful and fully human? SHIFTERS was born from this intentionality and specificity – a universal love story between a British Congolese woman and a British Nigerian man” (Benedict Lombe) As Lynette Linton says so perfectly, “We made Shifters because we wanted to take up space,” said director Lynette Linton. “Bringing this show to Cherry Lane, all the way to New York, means the show is taking up more space than we could have imagined. Come we go! Our amercian theatre angels, this one’s for uuuu! 🗽 📍 Cherry Lane Theatre, NYC 🗓 06 July–30 August

If your home held buried secrets, would you dig them up? 👀 Friends, take a trip with us the National Theatre for The Authenticator, a gripping gothic psychological thriller by Black British playwright Winsome Pinnock. When artist Fenella Harford inherits her family home, she uncovers hidden diaries that could reshape her past. She turns to two Black academics, Marva and her mentor Abi, to verify them, but their search reveals something far darker. With stunning set design and a haunting atmosphere (eek!), the play explores identity, ancestry, and history. It leaves you wondering: if the past lives on in the places, things and people we inherit, can we ever truly escape it? 🎭 The Authenticator 📍 National Theatre 📅 Until 9 May

World premiere: Tartuffe (Remixed) 👀💕 A brand-new adaptation of Molière’s comedy masterpiece, starring Mark Rylance. Written and directed by Darren Raymond. Molière’s celebrated critique of hypocrisy is reborn in this vibrant new contemporary production. The story unfolds within an African-Caribbean family household. A deliciously biting comedy which brings both new humour and modern pathos to the original text. The show is a co-production between Marylebone Theatre, Patrick Myles and David Luff in partnership with @weareintermission . Where original verse meets the raw, rhythmic tapestry of cultural sounds that define our modern society, and the mix of a corrupt English missionary in a contemporary African Caribbean family culture brings out the authentic cadence and revolutionary meaning of this classic play. This strictly limited run this Autumn also sees Rylance share the stage with Intermission Ensemble, the graduate company of the award-winning Intermission Youth! ❤️ Tartuffe (Remixed) 📍 Marylebone Theatre 📅 Autumn 2026
