If you’re a coach worried about making your clients feel sh*t when you correct them, watch this 👆 Sometimes there is value is saying and doing less vs cueing and correcting every single thing you see. Give it a try next time you’re coaching. Hope that helps. #PFCA #ELEVATETHECOACH

Presence. Communication. Awareness. Energy. The fitness industry often labels these as “soft skills.” But in coaching, they’re the skills that determine whether your knowledge actually connects with people. Because great coaching isn’t just about what you know. It’s about: * how you lead a room * how you communicate under pressure * how you observe * how you make people feel Technical knowledge matters. But without these skills, you’re just delivering information. Soft skills aren’t soft. They’re what turn information into impact. #coaching #education #softskılls #impact

One of the hardest skills to master as a coach? Sitting in the silence. When your client goes quiet, the instinct is to jump in - to help, to guide, to fill the gap. But that space? It’s not empty. It’s where they’re processing. Your clients are experiencing things for the first time. They don’t have the tools yet. They don’t have the answers yet. And no amount of talking from you will give that to them faster. The buffering space IS the coaching. So ask yourself — what’s driving your need to fill it? This is one of the empowering conversations we had at our CPT Block 1 In-Person course, the stuff that takes your coaching to the next level

Your coaching product is everything I sound like broken record at this point but I hand on heart believe this to be true. If you want to be successful in the fitness industry, you have to make sure your product is shit hot. If it’s not then focus on that first. Hope that helps. #PFCA #ELEVATETHECOACH

7 Things Coaches Don’t Know About the Shoulder… And haven’t felt safe to ask. If you are tired of guessing on what to do when a client has a shoulder problem, this is for you. I’m running at workshop with the @the.pfca in Manchester on Thursday 14th May, 10:00 - 15:00. This is a small group, highly practical course set in a stunning new education facility. The shoulder is complex, but it doesn’t need to be. The education day is designed entirely around building your confidence and giving you lots of new tools to get better results. If you have any questions about the content and what we are covering, message @dynamicshoulders . You can find the booking info on the @the.pfca website or DM us for the link. 📽️ The full YouTube video will be on the Dynamic Shoulders channel later today. Head over to watch and we would love it if you subscribed whilst you’re there.
