The pub comes from the Spiteri family, who are well-known for having a hand in the likes of St. JOHN, Rochelle Canteen, Sessions Arts Club and many more of London’s most iconic restaurants.
Brothers Lorcan and Fin Spiteri are in charge of food and drinks respectively - expect killer cocktails, confident European cooking and fun little bar snacks. Our must-orders include:

Our first weekend open, and we just wanted to say thank you.
It was such a pleasure to have guests through the doors for the first time and to see the pub properly come to life. After all the planning, painting and last-minute panics, having the rooms full of people was a pretty special feeling.
The sunshine was kind to us too, which felt generous for April and mildly suspicious for Britain.
Thank you to everyone who came by, had a drink, shared a meal and helped make our first weekend one to remember. We’re very glad to be here.

A good week on site — our reclaimed bar front has arrived and the first coats of paint are going up.
Molly got her way on the colour, and it’s starting to feel a bit more like a pub with each day that passes.
Slowly coming together, and the excitement is definitely building.

A small but very exciting milestone for us — the building work has officially started at The Latimer, and the space is finally beginning to take shape.
There’s still a long way to go (and plenty of dust in the meantime), but it’s great to see things properly underway. We’re looking forward to sharing the progress as the pub slowly comes together.

The welcome we’ve had from our new neighbours has been incredibly special. Since arriving on Latimer Road, so many of you have popped by, said hello, and made us feel right at home.
Opening The Latimer has always been about creating a proper neighbourhood pub, so to feel this welcomed before the doors are even open means a lot to our family. We’re very grateful — and can’t wait to return the favour when we can finally pull you a pint.
