From a panic swimmer to a Molchanovs Freediving Instructor, this journey still feels unreal. I wasn’t the natural in the water, but I kept showing up, facing every doubt, setback, and contraction until they shaped who I am today.
The instructor course was one hell of a ride that tested my patience, discipline, and belief in myself, but it also taught me how to guide others with empathy and clarity.
Thank you to coach @ivan_freediver of @mantafreedivers for pushing me, to my classmates for the support and shared wins, to my habibi @the.faithzee for keeping me grounded, and to @seazonedph for the opportunity that made this possible.
It wasn’t easy, but it was worth every second underwater.
