This talks about grief. The truth is one way or the other all have experienced grief. Be it a close loved one that died or a distant one, be it a terrible break up you had with your friend or just realising you no longer have friends to run to.
Grief is almost inevitable.
Grief is a deep ache that can consume your heart. It's okay to feel lost and overwhelmed. Remember to take it one day at a time and lean on your loved ones for support. They're there to help you through this difficult time.
