This brings me so much joy to look back on! In 2019 I made a short film called kinetic intelligence with about 30 people in this stunt community of Atlanta at the time. Been taking it easy for a good while because of some irritations in my hip flexor. I’ve found myself lying on the floor being mauled in bjj, struggling through discomfort in training and level testing in JKD and trying to make sure I don’t turn the irritation into a larger injury. I’ve listen to people who have given me different rehab methods and it’s paying off. While I can still move and perform, it’s been a thorn, but I’m seeing the light on the other side of the tunnel. Today felt great. Still tight, but it’s all coming together.
