Now I've made matcha my business to create what I look for, consistently-made, tasty, balanced drinks; a spot that feels like home and builds community, and an elevated vibey experience. 💚

While the world is/was burning down around me, 2025 was a year of extreme clarity, connection, and an internal deep dive for me. I paid attention to me instead of just existing and I pinched myself ever so often to remind myself to live again while spending time with people I love. After 13 years of working in all areas of marketing & advertising for the largest health, financial, and beauty conglomerates, and a total of 20 years of working for the man, I retired at the end of 2025 to bet on myself!
Amazing things are coming and I can't wait to share my journey with my community. I'm going to do everything I've ever been afraid of because why the fuck not (and yes that includes finally releasing music 🤗 iykyk)!

In 2020, I used to buy matcha from a popular health food grocery store; it was green-yellow (you'll see me storing it incorrectly back in 2020 in the second pic) and I thought that was normal. I was just adding it to my smoothies for the health benefits.
Then 2022 tiktok awakened me to the true magic of matcha! The right way to make it, how quality affected taste, how big brands did too much like adding sugar, and with that knowledge I became addicted in a good way.
I've learned matcha isn’t just about energy, it’s about how you return to yourself. Saint Matcha Cafe is built on that feeling. And we can’t wait to share it with you, Charlotte. My love for matcha started as a way to pause, but it quickly turned into an obsession. I became a matcha snob 🤭🍵, sourcing from Japan (even if it meant waiting 3 weeks for a tin 😅) and learning that if it’s bitter or grassy, it’s just not the real thing.
The struggle? Finding that same quality when I was on the go. I found myself stalking specific baristas who were great at preparing matcha, just to avoid "green milk", bitter, and/or overly sweet matcha lattes. If they were off that day, I'd be lost or wait until I got home 🫠. That inconsistency drove me crazy, so I built what I kept chasing.
Saint Matcha Cafe, is a balanced, elevated experience made right every single time. While we build your next go-to spot, we've launched a matcha bar equipped for your next special event or activation.
We're excited to join and partner with local tea and coffee owners here in CLT, who have a shared purpose to foster community within our fast growing city.

My 38th birthday filled my heart chile! I was surrounded by so much love and family. I thank God for all of his blessings and how he continues to KEEP me and reveal his presence in my life. He's also revealed to me how the close people around me are A1! I have an amazing lover and best friend who I keep falling in love with over and over again. I have family and friends I can trust who are amazing humans, I've reached goals that I am proud of, and I am learning to give myself grace. I have everything I need and want and know the future is bright!
This year, God also began to reveal his word to me and with that so much has become clear. And, most importantly, he sat me down so that I can take care of my mental. I want the remaining years of my 30s to be filled with greater purpose, further healing, more goals realized, more service, more connection, unwavering boundaries, less fear, more creativity, and more time with loved ones so that I can be the best wife, mother, family member, friend and leader in years to come!

💡People are more GOOD than bad. It's not the other way around. IMAGINE if it was!
💡Distraction, dis-ease, confusion, fear, and isolation is all nasty work. And it's working for now...buttttt is no match for the power of GOD for the people in the back.
💡Move in your divine power, not trauma power. Alot of us succeed to prove a point, and then when you do, then what?
💡Going to therapy is brave! To peel back all of those bandaids and treat those deep wounds is freeing and powerful! Get rid of the root rot! God directs our path, but we gotta do the work.
