I used to feel guilty for taking time for myself.
Now I realize it’s how I show up better for everyone else around me.
Motherhood can make it easy to believe you always need to be giving, doing, carrying more. But rest, movement, quiet mornings, fresh air, even a small moment to yourself — those things matter too.
