HRV Baseline of 32 to 100+. This is my story. đŸ«€ What you see as @thathrvguy today isn’t someone who ‘conquered’ his nervous system. It’s someone who chooses to partner with it daily. For five years, I boasted about hacking my sleep down to five hours, running ten miles every other day, listening to three audiobooks a week, and raising capital from 170 investors. I thought I was thriving. Until my body broke down. Read the carousel to learn how this breakdown helped me cultivate trust between my mind and my body. Most of us are trained to measure success by titles, deadlines, or numbers on a spreadsheet. But there’s one metric we haven’t been taught, and it might be the most important of all: HRV (Heart Rate Variability). HRV is the language of your nervous system. It tells you whether you're building sustainably or heading for a crash. This quick training will show you why HRV matters and how you can start improving it so you can experience: 👉 More sustainable productivity 👉 Being fully present with family 👉 Actually living life DM me ART and I’ll send you my free guide with practices to raise your HRV. If you listen to your data, your HRV will go up. But more importantly, your experience of yourself, your relationships, and the world around you will transform.

Welcome, and I'm deeply grateful you've found your way here 🙏 After 9 years of override, my body had to break me open to get me to listen. Dislocated shoulder. Lost company. Bankruptcy. This page exists because of what I discovered in that breaking—your nervous system has been trying to guide you all along. Through the A.R.T. of the Heart¼ Framework, I'll share practical tools to move from performing your life to actually living it. Comment ART below to discover your HRV archetype and get a tailored Free Guide. 👉 Question: When did you last truly listen to what your body was saying? Welcome home To yourself.

Comment "HRV POD" below 👇 to access episode 190: HRV: The Key to Slow Aging and Increase Vitality with Salim Najjar. What if the life you want is just waiting for your signal to become clear? In this conversation, Salim Najjar (@thathrvguy ) and I explore the idea that this simulation responds to what you embody. The relationships, community, and opportunities you want don’t come from chasing them—they emerge when your inner world becomes coherent enough to receive them. Get clear on what you actually want. Then become someone capable of holding it. Because your nervous system is always broadcasting a signal; and life has an uncanny way of reflecting back the frequency you consistently live in. This episode is about embodiment, coherence, and how life begins reorganizing itself differently once you stop performing and start living in alignment with yourself. 🔗 thegreatunlearn.com/hrv Listen to The Great Unlearn on Apple and Spotify, watch full episodes on YouTube!

SALIM’S TESTIMONIAL - PART TWO Continuing his conversation with Ananda Jey, Salim reflected on the most beautiful moment of his time in the darkness. 🌑 “That’s hard
because it was all so beautiful.” What stayed with him most was the experience of dissolving - becoming nothing, and simply witnessing. No time. No agenda. No doing. Just presence. “Just enjoying the show
the essence of creation.” ✹ In that space, everything simplified. The darkness revealed something fundamental: the only thing ever needed is presence. And from that presence, something deeper begins to move through you - your essence. “And your essence is the greatest gift you can give the world
 it will guide you.” 🌿 #theultimatedarknessretreat #DarknessExperience #selfenquiry #coldspace

Can your body tell you when your life is out of alignment? I sat down with Salim Najjar to explore HRV beyond biohacking; as a signal of how aligned you actually are with yourself. We talked about: - HRV as feedback, not a goal - alignment vs performance - nervous system truth - what shows up when everything external is removed This one goes deeper than most. 🎧 Full episode out now @thathrvguy #HRV #NervousSystem #Alignment #SelfAwareness #Biohacking Longevity MentalPerformance Podcast DeepConversations Health

Your body doesn’t know the difference between a lion
and an email. But it pays the same price. Chronic stress isn’t just mental. It’s biological. And staying “calm” isn’t the goal. Building capacity is. Episode now live

Your body doesn’t break overnight. It whispers
until it has to force you to listen. We talk about sleep, supplements, performance. But we don’t talk enough about what’s underneath it all. The stress. The patterns. The things we avoid sitting with. Stress isn’t the enemy. It’s a signal. The question is
are you listening? Full episode drops Monday.

What is the story you’re telling yourself? If this is the first time you’re hearing about my birthday gift from the universe, please don’t feel bad for me. In a single, ridiculous moment, the universe had given me exactly what I asked for, in the most divine, comedic way. That accident forced a pause I would not have otherwise taken. I had no option but to finally listen to what my body had been trying to tell me. The accident taught me a lesson no spreadsheet, meeting, or years of intense ‘biohacking’ ever did: how you respond to your circumstances defines the course of your life. I tell you this because stories do two things: they explain and they invite. This one invited me to stop and actually listen to what my body had been trying to tell me. But you get to decide what kind of relationship you’ll have with the story that you’re telling yourself. Does the story happen to you or FOR you? đŸ«€ Follow me to learn how you can understand the language of HRV to transform your life.

Here’s how @apolloneuro helps your nervous system thrive: First, a quick science lesson. Hormesis is a biological principle where short bursts of stress trigger your adaptation and strength. It’s the same mechanism behind cold plunges, heat exposure, and muscle building, fasting, and even breathwork. This principle is the foundation of one of my Five Pathways to HRV Growth, called Hormetic Stress. @apolloneuro uses specific vibration frequencies to activate your parasympathetic nervous system through touch receptors. Think of it as strength training for your vagus nerve, each pattern sends safety signals to your brain, helping build your capacity to self-regulate. Studies show 3+ hours daily use increases HRV by an average of 11%. The vibrations work through the same pathways as deep breathing or meditation, but without conscious effort. You're literally training your nervous system's resilience while working, moving, or sleeping. If you're ready to actively train nervous system resilience throughout your day, explore Apollo with my discount code THATHRVGUY for $90 off. đŸ«€ Follow me to learn how you can understand the language of HRV to transform your life.

Comment "HRV POD" below 👇 to access episode 190: HRV: The Key to Slow Aging and Increase Vitality with Salim Najjar. Fact: Most of us were never taught how to feel. When anger, grief, shame, or fear shows up, we label it “bad,” suppress it, distract ourselves from it, or project it onto the world around us. But emotions were never the enemy. They’re just energy in motion—signals moving through our nervous system. In this conversation with somatic guide Salim Najjar (@thathrvguy ), we explore what happens when that energy isn’t allowed to move. It gets stored in the body, shaping our stress, our reactions, and the stories we tell about reality. The real work isn’t about controlling emotion—it’s about feeling it. Fully and honestly. Because when an emotion completes its cycle, something powerful happens: the pattern releases—and that story that kept repeating finally loses its grip. 🔗 thegreatunlearn.com/hrv Listen to The Great Unlearn on Apple and Spotify, watch full episodes on YouTube!
