One of our most loved events of the year returns to the Billy Budds garden on Saturday, the 6th of June, with the Après Surf Bar open, smoked BBQ and a full evening of live music from 5pm until 9:30pm.
@joshbeermusic headlines the night, bringing his captivating, unmistakable country sound made in Devon with support from @joe_keeley and more.

What a weekend of surfing at Croyde, with pumping waves and an incredible showcase of junior talent. Massive congratulations to all the competitors who put on an amazing performance throughout the event!
As a club, we were proud to run the comp using priority judging and repecharge, giving surfers every opportunity to showcase their skills in the water.
A big thank you to The Thatch for sponsoring the competition and hosting the social at Billy Budds – the perfect way to celebrate an epic weekend of surfing.
Huge appreciation as well to our committee, who put in some serious hours both in the lead-up and throughout the weekend to make the event happen.

As we bid farewell to January we start to ramp up our plans for the upcoming year……and the most important ingredient of all is of course our fantastic team!
Between The Thatch & Billys Budds we can offer offer great variety for our crew. From chilled afternoon teas by the fire, bouncing music nights or packed World Cup evenings in the teepee. This year is going to be big.
We will be looking to bolster our team in all departments. Kitchen, front of house and housekeeping.

From providing the club with fresh new rash vests, to hosting some truly epic post-comp celebrations, giving us a home for our monthly committee meetings, and always being there with support whenever we’ve needed it — they’ve been absolute champions of the club and the local surf community.
