For anyone that has an interest in poi juggling and no beats, I highly recommend you grab a friend and spend some time playing with this.
This "shiva" wall plane juggling style has become one of my favourite flow practices and is a great, versatile foundation with many fun variations to explore.
If poi are too difficult, it's much easier with clubs 😊
You can start going in one direction then switch it up a bit with some throws in the other direction as you start to feel more comfortable and also throw in some different style tosses if you want to push yourself.
Overall I really enjoyed visiting Switzerland. It is incredibly beautiful and all the people I met were really friendly, although I was not completely prepared for how much more expensive it is than Germany 😂

As I moved from staff spinning straight to dragon staff in 2019, I skipped right over contact staff. It was only last year on my travels through Europe that I truly started to appreciate the differences and it became one of the props that I connected the most with.
