Visiting @theashtongardens in Utah left us speechless. Picture over 1 million blooming flowers (400,000 tulips alone) that transform 50 acres of rolling hills into a living kaleidoscope of color.
@thankspoint Tulip Festival is not just a flower showcase... it’s a world-class experience! Live music, concessions, food trucks, vendors, play areas, floral décor and photo opportunities make it one of Utah’s premier springtime celebration that’s perfect for all ages.
So here are some helpful tips on how to experience the Tulip Festival at its best.
🌷 𝗠𝘂𝘀𝘁-𝗦𝗲𝗲 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀: The massive 50-foot man-made waterfall (the largest in the Western Hemisphere), the Secret Garden, the Italian Gardens, the brand-new whimsical floral topiaries, and the iconic “Tree of Life” sculpture.
🥾 𝗕𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗥𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗲𝘀: The Main Loop (takes you through all major gardens; approx. 2-3 hours), the Waterfall Overlook (for the best views of the canyon), and the winding pathways through the Koi Pond area.
⏰ 𝗕𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗲: Arrive right at the 9 AM opening for fewer crowds and that perfect morning “golden hour” light for your photos.
📅 𝗕𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗧𝗼 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝗶𝘁: The festival runs April through mid-May. Weekdays are significantly less crowded than Saturdays!
