But being completely honest with myself, my consistency and discipline, I’ve been lacking. I’ve prioritised a lot of different things over gym recently but I still would’ve made those choices regardless, I just didn’t realise how much I was neglecting the gym. I’m behind on making videos, heck I have a video ready to go I just need to do the voice-over. 😭 But I’m not beating myself up about it, I want to be raw and honest with myself. But after my trip in Port Macquarie earlier this month, I’ve reignited the spark and I’ve been trying my best to reign it all back in and GET SHIT DONE 😤 Thanks for coming to my TEDtalk, I really am like Regigigas, Winter’s off to a Slow Start 😭💀
