@brandonblackwoodnyc is a trash company. I purchased this bag in March and have worn this bag less than 10 times and it looks like it has gone through a war. I have made complaints about this bag between April to present with no response from his customer service team until today. The lettering started tarnishing after a month and after mostly sitting in my closet in the bag it came in. The pony hair started balding in June due to dry rot. And most recently the lock came flying off when trying to close it. I finally got a response from his team and the best they could offer me was a 15% discount code as if I would be making another purchase from them after blatantly ignoring me for months and having a $200 product that is the quality of a dollar store product. I have had $10 Shein bags that have lasted me longer. I am incredibly disappointed because this was a company that I had planned on being a lifelong customer of, but after this ridiculous experience I will not be purchasing another item.
