Textiles Untangled

🧥 What is Textiles Untangled? It's a fun & collaborative workshop about the social and environmental impacts of the textile industry, inspired by the pedagogy of the hugely successful @climatefresk Participants use the game cards and their collective intelligence to learn about different textile materials and the life cycle of a piece of clothing. They then identify the social & ecological impacts at each step, and brainstorm ways to reduce those impacts. 🔆Textiles Untangled's goal is not just to transmit knowledge, but to get people excited to act! 🔆

Rethink fashion with a collaborative game that mixes learning, play, and real insights. Work with your team to discover how the textile industry works, its impact on people & the planet, and what we can do! Also learn to repair your clothes or learn a sewing technique in a relaxed setting. We will provide needles, thread, and cloth patches. No experience necessary! Registration- Link in bio!
