My cousin Ray died yesterday. Our mothers were sisters. We were born in Chicago one month apart. We grew up together in Houston around the corner. He loved his life and his family. Very sad. Cancer is cruel. Love you Ray. Your memory is a blessing to all of us 💔
Last November I went with our Jewish Federation of Greater Houston group to visit this lovely and peaceful kibbutz in Kfar Azza just outside the Gaza border. Among the many heartbreaking horrors in Israel is seeing the death and destruction of this community. These pictures are from our visit. #supportisrael
