Make these last days of winter count, but don’t let the low sun fool you. UVA rays are still hard at work.
UVA makes up most of the UV that reaches your skin, slips through clouds, glass, and ozone changes, and reaches the dermis, where collagen and elastin live. Less burn, but more quiet, long-term photoaging.
Now add winter stress: cold air, indoor heat, hot showers, wind, and sometimes snow reflecting UV back to your face. Your barrier is drier, thinner, and working harder—right when UVA keeps showing up.
What helps: a daily SPF you’ll actually wear, physical shade (think hats, goggles, hoods), and a skincare routine that re-hydrates and supports your barrier (insert shameless plug for our EVERYDAY Advanced Moisturizer + UV Recovery here 😉).
