Plaster and raw pigments
Fun session last night, trying myself on plaster and raw pigments. I love feeling more and more ok not doing « great » work and just letting flaws lead the work.
I feel like a missed the fun of exploration so much lately so I am litteraly not giving a fuck about the end result, and it feels great !

Who’s down for a little « salutation au soleil » ?
I am so stocked on how this one came out ! When I started thinking I wanted to create something for my mom and dad, the only thing I had in mind is that I wanted to paint a room where they could feel at ease and remember all the good times we had as a family under the sun 🌞
This design was not planned whatsoever, and was an opportunity for me to improvise and play with intuition.
That was a pretty healing process as I have not had so much fun painting a mural for a little while. Just letting my hands do the work my mind would not do. How perfect.
So yeah, this mural is called Salutation au Soleil, it’ll a mural about celebrating the sun !
