Free Medical Community Outreach Kaduna | April 17, 2026_
On April 17, 2026, we didn’t just set up a medical stand. We created a safe space to talk.
•We heard the elderly speak about managing hypertension with herbs because drugs are too expensive.
We heard mothers share fears about childbirth and why they skip antenatal.
•We heard men say “I’m strong, I don’t need to check” until it’s too late.
•And we heard young girls.
They told us why their peers are dying from unsafe abortions.
They told us why the hospital doesn’t feel like a safe place anymore.
They told us why they cannot reach out to loved ones when they’re in trouble. The shame, the fear, the judgment.
That’s why this Free Medical Community Outreach mattered.
•Because healthcare isn’t just about drugs and tests. It’s about trust.
Free consultations & health screening
Free medications & counseling
Health education in Hausa & English
A judgment free zone for hard conversations
To every young girl who whispered her truth, to every elder who shared his pain thank you. Your voice matters. Your life matters.
We listened. We cared. And we will keep acting until quality healthcare feels safe for everyone

I refuse to sit back while young people make unguided decisions and struggle to navigate life.
It starts now , at this young age.
The guidance, mentoring, and education they get today shapes their future.
Volunteering to be part of their life journey brings me joy, and I’m grateful I get to do it.
My journey of giving back to the community in the little way I can started in 2023 with the Teen Life Project by Farida Sulieman. When she invited me, I was honored. That moment lit something in me, and I decided to keep going.
Giving back through welfare, anchoring, digital communication, content writing and video editing has been impactful, and it’s beautiful.
Walk this journey with me.✨😊

Day 1 Came with a lot of questions from the students . Interactions and this is a short summary :
cohort 2 Training Day 1
- @_big_veeee spoke on respect, content ,self awareness and how it’s important for growth and when they learn to respect each other they can all learn ,speak up and grow together , she educated them on how boys and girls are equal they have “equal rights , equal protection, equal opportunities
- @godwinjohnbaba spoke on Career path and having mentors guide you, A mentor is important because they help you become who you’re meant to be faster, by guiding you past mistakes they’ve already made and believing in you until you believe in yourself.
- @ms__eleanor spoke on education and we understand the importance that When you’re educated, you don’t just survive your circumstances. You learn how to change them.
- @nicole.barth spoke on youth for human rights and shared knowledge on how Human rights matter because they remind us that every person has worth, no matter their age, gender, or background. They are the rules that say you deserve to be safe, to speak, to learn, and to dream without fear. When human rights are protected, young people grow up knowing their voice matters and their life has value. Without them, silence and abuse win, but with them, we build communities where everyone can thrive.

A Friend So Faithful
I tried 😢
I tried so hard not to sink into the quiet weight of sadness,
but nothing could give unending joy for long.
When I say nothing…I mean nothing.
days poured out on my knees, heart open, voice trembling, I wanted peace.
And I found the Word. No….the Word found me.
God Himself, clear and near, showing me that to have a friend who hears every silent cry, who soothes every hidden ache, I must understand the sacrifice. The greatest one. Blood poured out, love laid bare. All so I can live, all so I can have Him.
I remember that day a loved one dying before me,
life slipping, reason unknown.
And I asked quietly, within…”What is killing him?”
And I heard it. A word. Clear. Certain.
I spoke it aloud. My family heard. The doctors confirmed. The doctor said it’s over , but we refused to give up. . They moved quickly and life returned. Cold hands became warm again.
How do you explain that? You don’t. You remember. And you believe.
Prayers answered before doubt can breathe, responses so clear they leave no room for coincidence.
I have seen His goodness. Felt it. Heard Him in ways I cannot explain.
There are countless moments
I try to write it, to pour it into words but words fall short of what my soul has seen. If you have felt this inner peace and you know it’s his mercy, you will understand.
Moments when your heart is heavy,
and you speak to God in silence or on your knees
and suddenly, you’re lifted. Steady. Whole again.
Moving with grace.
You don’t know this freedom until you feel it.
When I drift, when I backslide, the heaviness returns like a wave I can no longer ignore.
But still I rise. Because no one promised ease,
yet everything in this path whispers..”it is worth it”
I fight back. I stand again. Not by force, but by a knowing. A quiet conviction that I am no longer who I was.
This place… this stand… it is power.
So on this day, the day He died for me, what more can I do..than to stand, unashamed, and speak of His goodness.
Thank You for the sacrifice. Thank you laying down your life so that I may have life ❤️
