Tempro services is excited to be awarded the mechanical services working with @jardongroup .
Project facilities offer- indoor pool, gym, library, dinning, consult offices, cinema, lounges, dinning and much more. We will be providing Armcore 100% outside air heat pump poolpac unit and erv systems, Mitsubishi Electric heat recovery vrv throughout and Fantech ventilation systems.
Works to commence November 2024.

Project Completion- DOC ESPRESSO CARLTON
Tempro Services had recently completed the mechanical services works to newly refurbished restaurant DOC ESPRESSO with @directitude_management .
We provided a full D&C design including ventilation for the commercial kitchen and air-conditioning/outside air to condition the space.
Another great project to be apart of and now onto the next one three doors down at JVS.

Tempro Services recently completed refurbishment fit out works at Spring Rock Bar and Fancy Hanks Restaurant with @directitude_management .

Maintenance contract awarded:
20 SPINK ST BRIGHTON OFFICES DEVELOPMENT.
Tempro services had originally completed the mechanical services installation in 2023 and has been continuing the DLP maintenance/building tuning for the past 9 months.
Through this we have built great relationships with building management and now will be continuing our services on-going.
