Thank you to everyone who joined us for our first Professional Development session of the new fiscal year. We were honored to kick things off with Natalie Forward for a powerful conversation on imposter syndrome and the internal dynamics that can hold even the most accomplished leaders back. Grounded in insights from TEMPO's "Voices of Women at Work Survey: The Milwaukee Experience" this session explored how workplace conditions, like limited sponsorship, unclear advancement paths, and bias can deepen self-doubt, even as women continue to grow and succeed. Together, we unpacked why imposter syndrome often intensifies alongside success and, more importantly, how to recognize and interrupt those patterns in real time. Natalie challenged us to rethink the narratives we tell ourselves and to lead with both confidence and authenticity, even in moments of uncertainty.
