Had the pleasure of meeting @ferminporahora in Mexico City, and he performed one of his songs using Splyce V2 for vocals into the NOMAD amp. His guitar is going into Reel Dealuxe -> Wave Function trem -> 2 track compressor. Recorded direct from the NOMAD line out to zoom.

One way (of many) for me to tell how much I enjoy a piece of gear is if it can not only inspire an idea that I really connect with but also kickstart the momentum and motivation it takes to actually turn that into a whole track for this project.
Enter @templodevices Reel Dealuxe. After the first unit Scott sent me for demo got banished to the astral plane by customs, he was gracious enough to try round two and this one completed safe passage from Ontario to Delaware.
Just like the pocket studio comp, the packaging and build quality are premium as hell. Modeled after an old reel to reel preamp, this thing can get dirty as hell but also has some unexpected features like a treble boost, hi frequency limiter, and vibrato that to me operates more as a harmonic tremolo/phaser but rules nonetheless.
TLDR; this thing bangs. Also I used it in some way shape or form on every musical element in this demo.
