Back in Berlin - New song ideas coming through - what do you think of this one? Should I make it a full track?
This is how I start writing songs - ideas, melodies, pieces, fragments, sounds, the words begin to form over time, but here in early stages it’s just sound.
If the sounds move me I listen to voice notes of the demo - to notice how the raw demo affects me, what comes up when I listen to the potential?
Also working on a very cool cover in a completely different direction so stay tune for that. And someverrrrry cool events coming up in Berlin! Spring time is coming 🤘

Integration and recovery are so important and I’m realizing that more and more each year.
Especially with more conflict and injustice coming to the surface, it’s key that those of us who have the privilege to slow down and dissect what is happening, to do so.
The wild world in flux affects each of us differently, and each reality is valid in its own way. Can you sit with the ever evolving insecurity that we are entering? What is the truth to you? In what do you have faith? What can you trust?
I believe there is a formless current that lies beneath it all, a non-dual space that still persists in endless love and surrender, can you attune into that eternal love while still holding and witnessing the pain in the word?
It is an ever evolving practice.
