Meet Charlie Moon, the stunning feral tom cat! He's found his forever home at Temple Grounds. Charlie Moon introduced himself to me a year ago as a rugged street cat with a wild streak and a melodious meow. He'd dine on leftovers from my own cats' meals on the porch, snooze in the bushes, and greet me with a hearty good morning every day. He maintained his distance, reminding me that he's a free-spirited outdoor cat who wouldn't adapt to domestic life. While my two cats weren't always welcoming, Charlie Moon took a liking to me and stuck around. I decided to bring him to Temple Grounds, where he could indulge in his love for the outdoors. Now, he's thriving! Charlie Moon isn't fazed by visitors, and he's unfazed by other pets eager to meet him. He's content basking in the sun, watching butterflies flit about, and offering comforting companionship to those who need it. Though he's still cautious about being touched, he'll happily snuggle up beside you if he senses you need a gentle soul by your side. We adore our beloved Tom Cat, Charlie Moon!!!

Let’s relax in community with time to journal/snack after.
Doors: 6:30pm
Soundbath: 7pm - 8pm
Coffee/Tea/Journal: 8pm - 8:30pm
Coffee/tea/snacks will be available for purchase before and after.
WHAT IS A SOUNDBATH?
A soundbath is an improvised concert with therapeutic intent. I’ll play instruments like gong and singing bowls. You breathe. Together we move sound through your body, which can create a meditative space for deep relaxation, emotional release, and self-inquiry.
WHAT TO BRING
- soft things: blanket/pillow/mat
- sweatshirt or light jacket
- water bottle
- a journal if you wanna write after
Please come hydrated.
The soundbath is outdoors. There are some chairs and blankets throughout the space, but bring whatever will make you most comfortable laying/sitting on the ground for 45 minutes.
Nikki Schultz is a neighborhood bartender at Thunderbolt and a soundbath practitioner/certified bodyworker who hosts free weekly soundbaths from her home studio in Mid City. Suggested donation $20 but everyone is welcome. RSVP at link in bio.
