I want to take a moment to celebrate someone very special, Dione Costanzo, on being named a finalist for the Surrey & White Rock Board of Trade's Women in Business Awards 2026.
Dione truly embodies what these awards stand for. She works hard, shows up consistently, and brings an energy that lifts the people around her. Her drive is real, her attitude is steady, and her commitment to doing things well does not go unnoticed.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, she leads with heart. I feel very fortunate to know her, to work alongside her, and to call her a friend.
