NEW BLOG ALERT 🚨 If cookie-cutter design makes you cringe… this one’s for you. We’re taking a deep dive into the 3 bold, art-driven bathrooms we designed inside this stunning historic home — each one completely unique, layered with personality, and far from trend-following. From vintage charm to modern edge and whimsical moments that spark conversation, these spaces prove luxury interior design doesn’t have to play it safe. We’re beyond grateful to our art-loving client who trusted us to go ALL IN and create bathrooms that feel curated, collected, and unapologetically one of a kind. Different vibes. One cohesive story. That’s the magic of intentional design. If you’re a design-forward homeowner, creative entrepreneur, or professional athlete looking for a custom interior that actually reflects who you are — not what’s trending — this blog is for you.... It's cold work but we've got a good start to windows and doors.

I am really happy with how this project has turned out. We are almost done. I know that there must have been issues but with the team involved it feels easy. Once our outlets are in I'll take a picture with the towel rings turned down and tag everyone else that has been involved.

Structural framing is complete and inspected. We are moving onto the air sealing on the walls while we build the Larsen trusses. Sequencing matters, we added air sealing details to the walls and ceilings while they were built to allow an uninterrupted connection that was protected from damage. #passivehouse

Sometimes you just have to mock it up. This is the Larsen truss section at the window. #passivehouse

Progress update. Air sealing on the floor under the interior walls and making sure we can connect to the exterior sheathing.

There were so many aspects to this project that it is impossible for me to address all of them. At the end though I mostly just remember the relationships built through the process. Thank you to the fantastic client who trusted us with her home, to Studio Lea her designer who showed us the vision, and to all the trade partners who made it all happen.
