This is the WHY:
Defence Community Dogs is an amazing charity that gives so many people a second chance. Inmates at Bathurst Correctional Centre with the help of amazing dog trainers train rescue dogs to become assistance dogs for return service men and women. Veterans who put their lives on the line for us.
These guys in the picture are currently training the 8 dogs to change someone’s life. To give themselves and someone else second chance.

Our Pre worked a treat this morning for our 6am Quads!
Video is way to long but what a great start to the day with @kd.fit_8 pushing me to grow my quads to be just like hers one day 🥰 🥹
I struggle to stay on track when I don’t have something to aim for but having someone to show up for with training has been the best thing. We get to get all our silliness out before we even start the day 💁🏼♀️ it’s all about the facials and positive self talk 😂
