Murals, ceramics, and sculptures that share space with plants, sunlight, rain, and time. Pieces that don’t just decorate a place, but become part of the way we live in it! playful and in conversation with nature.
Here are a few ceramics from my terrace at home.
This weekend i did some quick colored pencil drawings the beach in Oaxaca.
Inspired by the colors of the sunset and the mountains, the geometry of broken seashells, the texture of rocks, and all those shapes that appear when nature does what it wants.
I love how everything feels spontaneous, imperfect, and alive, finding faces and little characters in things that were never trying to be anything.
Just playing, observing, and having fun by the sea.

Welcome to the beautiful, early-1900s home of painter and muralist @tellaeche and actor @rourquidim in Mexico City. The gorgeous, plant filled home (where they live with their two very chill dogs) is filled with artwork from Jorge and friends - and beautiful artisan objects from the couple’s travels across Mexico and abroad. We’re obsessed with the homes two private outdoor spaces, including a dreamy, jungle-like upstairs patio off the primary bedroom. Filled with sunlight beaming off traditional terracota floors, the home also doubles as Jorge’s art studio! #shotoniphone
“Guardianes del Arco” fue una pieza creada para A LOT OF BALLS una expo a favor a Fundación Origen con Magda San Ángel. Fundación Origen impulsa el acompañamiento y empoderamiento integral de mujeres en situación de vulnerabilidad.
Todo comenzó con una pelota de futbol nueva que decidí intervenir para quitarle esa sensación perfecta e intacta. La lijé, la desgasté y le fui sumando capas de tiempo y de historia.
Al abrirlo me tope con sus hilos, su estructura, y desde ahí comenzaron a surgir estas figuras robóticas prehispánicas que forman parte de mi lenguaje visual. Así nació una pieza que parece explotar desde adentro y transformarse.
La llamé Los guardianes del arco como un homenaje a quienes observan, esperan y protegen en el momento preciso. Como los que trabajan en la fundacion.
Me gusta que cada colaboración pueda transformarse en algo único, algo que dialogue con la identidad del proyecto pero también con mi propio universo creativo.
Para Grupo Posadas quise crear una pieza que hablara de viajar de la aventura, del descubrimiento y de esa emoción que aparece cuando salimos de la rutina y nos abrimos a algo nuevo.
Así nació este móvil inspirado en Calder, una pieza en movimiento constante que reúne tres símbolos muy presentes en mi lenguaje, la pirámide, la calavera y el sol. Juntos hablan de origen, cultura, herencia, calidez y nuevos comienzos.
Muy feliz de haber hecho realidad este proyecto junto a @dovanacreando y @studio.fundidora en Puebla. Gracias @posadascareers@javbarr por la confianza

Que INTENSOOOOO FEBREROOOO, inauguré mi expo “NO RULES IN THIS HOUSE” en la semana del arte. Sentí un crecimiento personal y al mismo tiempo un agotamiento nuevo (la edad) Pero ante todo muy agradecido de tener a mi Roro de ayuda y apoyo constante. Pude también disfrutar mucho a mi papa y sus consejos. Termine unas piezas comisionadas y me despedí de CDMX unas semanas para Londres en donde estoy recargando pila e inspiración para regresar con tuti! Gracias Carlos y Valentina por darme posada!
