A massive team, an incredibly tight timeline, and a campaign delivered simultaneously across four markets. We had the pleasure of leading the post-production for the Allegro Smart! Weeks campaign, combining traditional craft with cutting-edge technology. The project involved AI-driven solutions and 3D elements, allowing us to create a cohesive ultra-deals universe while efficiently adapting content across multiple formats and channels at the same time. From the very first assets to the final delivery, hundreds of hours of work, dozens of talented people, hundreds of delivery files and campaign versions, and one goal: delivering the campaign while keeping the quality high, no matter the scale or pace. Our second Darktrace campaign with @karol_kolodzinski and @letitrippictures pushed further into AI-assisted production, combining live-action footage with generative tools and a traditional CG pipeline. We used AI to create stylised characters, elements and environments, then placed them onto 3D geometry for full control over animation, camera and compositing. Another project together, and another confirmation that our hybrid AI approach is the right way forward. Here are two of the four spots we worked on. Old-school craft meets the AI revolution. For our latest project with FORTUNA, the challenge wasn’t AI versus classic craft. It was about combining them in a hybrid workflow that works across every stage of production. On one side, we relied on creative VFX and CGI; tools and skills we’ve mastered for years - tracking, keying, compositing. On the other, a generative AI workflow demanding thousands of iterations to tame hallucinations and create believable, smooth motion. The biggest challenge was building digital athletes who look and move real, with weight, rhythm, and intent. AI generated footballers, speedway riders, a full stadium, cheering crowds, clouds and even a train racing onto the pitch. AI delivered incredible results, giving us a strong base to work from, but scenes like the train, which don’t exist in reality, required many iterations and careful guidance. Our hybrid workflow that combines generative AI with top-tier CGI allowed us to refine every element with precision, turning the scenes into seamless, realistic shots. Together with Kuba Michalczuk, Watchout Studio, metaUNIT, and 2012 Agency - the result is a next-generation commercial built on the best of both worlds. Everything had to fit into a single, coherent visual language, combining generative tools with traditional CGI workflows.
