Thank you for sharing your wisdom and traditions. You have taught us the importance of care and love in every dish, the art of choosing each ingredient thoughtfully and sustainably, and how to let every element shine.
But beyond the kitchen, there’s so much more that you do. What people don’t always see when we’re working events is you - tirelessly looking after our children, teaching the next generation the art of Japanese cooking, and somehow (endlessly) trying to teach our wild little ones how to eat tidily… or at least not drop all their rice on the floor.
