✨ Eid Reflections from the Plains of Arafah ✨
Subhanalillaah 🤍✨This Hajj has been nothing short of a miracle. I never imagined I’d be called this year, but truly, it’s not wealth that calls one to Hajj, it’s Allaah. Just weeks after discussing plans for 2026, Allaah made 2025 possible. I panicked, hesitated, and worried about my kids, work, and life. But Allaah paved the way, and my family rose beautifully to support me. 💛
From friends, mentors, clients, staff, and especially my husband and children, the love has been overwhelming. I saw humanity at its best. Everyone played a role, big and small, and I’m deeply grateful.
Standing at Arafah, I felt the weight of this sacred journey. I renewed my covenant with Allaah, and I pray He accepts from me, and from all who strive toward Him. Ameen.
To all who prayed, called, visited, helped, and supported thank you. If I didn’t get to inform you before leaving, please forgive me. It wasn’t intentional.
To those longing for Hajj: May Allaah call you soon, and bless your journey when it comes.
To those in hardship across the world: May Allaah send relief.
To the one reading this: I made du‘a for you. Just say Ameen. 🤲🏽

Words fail me.
It is incredibly difficult to put these emotions into writing, but I need the world to know that we have truly lost an angel.
Our beloved Iya Ibeji Adenike Adekunle has returned to her Creator.
Indeed, the pen has been lifted and the ink has dried. What Allah has written can never be changed.
Qadr (destiny) has taken its course, and we submit to the will of Allah, even with hearts weighed down by grief.
Allah says in the Qur’an:
“Every soul shall taste death, and you will only be given your full compensation on the Day of Resurrection.”
— Surah Aal-Imran 3:185
And He also says:
“Indeed we belong to Allah, and indeed to Him we shall return.”
— Surah Al-Baqarah 2:156
To me, she was more than a client. She was family by heart — someone whose kindness, warmth, and beautiful soul left lasting footprints in the lives of many. Her love, support, and sincerity will never be forgotten.
May Allah forgive all her shortcomings, expand and illuminate her grave, and make it one of the gardens of Jannah.
May He grant her Al-Jannatul Firdaus without reckoning and reunite her with her loved ones in eternal peace.
May Allah comfort everyone she left behind, strengthen our hearts during this difficult time, and reward us with patience.
