The April edition of #TEFcircle is here!!! With the release of our 2025 Annual Report, the Tony Elumelu Foundation moves decisively beyond advocacy into evidence. Across 54 African countries, data now confirms what we have long known: when entrepreneurs are empowered with capital, training, mentorship and access, businesses scale, jobs are created, and economies organise around enterprise—not dependency. Africa’s future is not imagined. It is being built—daily. And we remain committed to empowering those building it. 👉 Read the April edition - /5f02da89231e2ddbb3148e957/files/74e9482b-1b02-27c5-f180-677f28be884f/TEFCIRCLE_April_2026.pdf #TEF2026 #empoweredbytef

New week. New decisions. New opportunities to do things differently. As our Founder, Tony O. Elumelu, CFR, reminds us, if we continue to lead with conviction, build trust, remove roadblocks, and execute without excuses, the results will follow — not by chance, but by design. This Monday, challenge the familiar. Think bigger. Move smarter. Stay open to new ways of building impact. The future belongs to those willing to evolve. #MondayMotivation
