Really proud of this one. I'll be writing a song a month for the entire year and I didn't expect one to turn out this good so early on.
I sure hope I haven't already peaked.

Among my New Years resolutions was the modest goal of writing and putting out a song every month, and an equally modest goal of being more emotionally open. Songwriting often explores the most vulnerable parts of ourselves — reflections of our passions, creative worth and anxieties laid bare. While I have released things collaboratively, the thought of putting something into the world that is wholly my own has always been daunting. This is the first such song.
