Practicing at the range and Jack said that he thinks the 2 iron has something wrong with it so the men have a go with it (both single figure handicaps) and watch the balls fly infront of my face 😂 so I have a go not actually thinking I’d be able to hit it (25 handicap)… first time no practice swing off the deck…‘nothing wrong with the club jack’!

Finally, after a busy week with work and family life, I’ve had time to put this together 🤍
What a fantastic day last Friday at Belton Woods for the Ladies @get_holed event. We had such a great day — some good golf, some awful golf 😂 — but laughs all day long!
It was so lovely meeting people I’d only ever spoken to on Instagram and catching up with others too.
A huge thank you to all the sponsors, and especially to @verdevita.golf for asking us to wear your beautiful clothes for the day and take part in the fashion show. It was nerve-racking but so much fun!
And of course, thank you to my teammates — Team Tee’s feat. Bella 🫶 @emhyde_golf , @golf_withelliex , @teegolfs , and our little caddie Bella, who was amazing all day.

Had the best day with these girls (and Bella) at the @get_holed Ladies Tee Time event 💚
We were asked about how would we get more women into the sport. I’m blessed that this is my actual job so I have lots to say on this.
However, my main point is that if you want more women in the game you’ve got to accept what it means to be a woman (or a parent in general). And that comes with childcare issues. But this wasn’t an issue at the @get_holed for @golf_withelliex as instead of her dropping out they told her to bring her little girl, made a goodie bag for her and made it easy for her to be around.
I think the team at @get_holed really deserve the recognition for making this happen and truly being an event support women 🫶🏻 It’s so lovely to know that one day if I need, I’ll be supported if I had to bring Evie on the course with me.

Took my little girl out on the course for the very first time and we both had the best day ever! ⛳️🤍
Childcare can sometimes be difficult and it often means missing out on events because I have my daughter with me most of the time. But this time was completely different.
@get_holed were incredible hosts. They sorted us with a buggy, a goodie bag and made us both feel so welcome from the start. I honestly did not know how the day would go, but it turned out to be so special 🥹 They even gave me flowers at the presentation for bringing her along!
During the round, @get_holed asked what I think would help improve women’s golf and for me it starts with introducing girls to the game from a young age. Creating those early positive experiences is everything 🤍
I could not have asked for a better fourball than @emhyde_golf@teegolfs@sami.golfs . The dream team!

What do you do if you hit your ball into an unmarked hazard where you’re unlikely going to find it again?
Me and @emhyde_golf were talking about this and have seen loads of content creators get this rule wrong! If you’re submitting a card for your handicap or playing in a comp, this is a rule to follow!
⛳️ If you hit the ball into a hazard ie water, bush, long grass, where there are no red stakes and you are not sure you will find it again, you need to play a provisional ball and drop it at the exact same place you just took your previous shot from for one penalty stroke! You will then play this ball for the rest of the hole unless you find your original ball in the bush and can play that one! 🌳 you can ONLY drop a ball on line of entry if the hazard has red stakes around it!!
No stakes = play a provisional ball from the exact same place you took your last shot from that went into the hazard
❤️Red Stakes = you can either play out the red if you find your ball or drop a new ball on line of entry for one penalty stroke
🤍White stakes = out of bound so that ball is no longer in play. You will need to play a new ball from the same spot you hit the last shot at
