From start to finish this has been one amazing build. Add in the challenges of being in a remote location, we provided every service from the design, prewire, installation, and even building the website for direct booking of this short term rental property.
We brought our tech to the wilderness with full access control, WiFi, and cameras by @ubiquiti . Audio zones powered by @sonos and @wetsounds and full lighting / shade controls by our favorite @lutronelectronics .

The back bone and heartbeat of any Smart Home is a central location of all your audio, video, security, and automation components. This all begins during the design phase of your custom home to preplan cable placement for cameras, speakers, TV’s, and even microphones for voice control. Bringing these cables together into a data rack ultimately allows for these components to interconnect and talk to one another seamlessly. There’s a lot that goes into building these units, but when done right, they allow for the perfect experience for our clients in their new homes.
