The amazing thing about helical piers is, they go as deep as they need to. There’s no “set depth” in Alaska that ensures no movement. These are installed past frost depth, and then until a minim torque requirement. Meaning, they analyze the soil stability, and keep going until it’s solid enough to GUARANTEE no heaving.
