This combination blends power and resistance through kettlebell work and Skillup intervals to challenge your capacity and maintain technique under load.
Here’s how to approach it:
• 250 m Skillup at steady pace
• 12 American kettlebell swings

The Pure Strength Hip Thrust is designed for easy setup and controlled movement.
Adjust your position and foot placement to target glutes, hamstrings or quads. Add elastic bands to increase resistance and intensity.
