Vike King is one of the founding members of Techno Crudo Collective. The idea behind crudo was to create an authentic community of artists who all contribute equally to its success. Consistency is key and that’s why it’s regarded as one of Montreals fastest growing collectives.
Vike King’s sound is inspired by Raw and Hypnotic grooves with hints of melodic reprieves coupled with subliminal messages. Although mostly considered peak time driving techno, there’s also subtle tribal elements, bass shifts and hard transitions. No perfection, just organized chaos.

Rooted in Detroit techno, Toltech’s sets draw from Hardgroove, raw techno with flashes of hypnotic energy, built on groove, tension, and movement. Rather than chasing seamless perfection, I embrace risk—sudden transitions, broken beats and brief moments of chaos. But the chaos is never accidental; it’s something to control, reshaping the dancefloor before driving the groove forward again.
