The Matsuri Story
First off it was a mission to get the car to the event in the first place. Still wiring things together that Friday morning we knew it was going to be a weekend of Teething issues.
The list of stuff that went wrong 🫠
Blew the pressure side of the power steering line twice.
All 4 Brakes locked on a couple of times. Replacing the Booster. Vacuum line and Master Cylinder.
Fried a clutch, replaced that and we have a very unhappy throwout bearing now.
Sunday afternoon we finally got on track.
Getting an oil pressure safety cut made things difficult when transitioning from lock to lock but we got a handful of rewarding laps in nonetheless!
Now to get a baffled sump on it as the two I had for the build were broken 🥹
Twin plate ceramic clutch to be acquired as the clutch I bought for the build didn't fit 🥴
Then we are off to @sakura_days_drift for @kaityrose_ to enjoy the car as much as I do already!
