We just wrapped up our annual Techland’s Biggest Heart initiative! This year, 98 team members shared their gratitude, nominating 61 colleagues for their kindness and support. It’s a powerful reminder that while we build epic games, it’s our people who provide the real heart of the studio.

This beloved tradition marks the final countdown to the end of Carnival, and we take it very seriously! Our office has officially turned into a donut sanctuary with every flavor imaginable 🍩🤤
In typical office fashion, it’s already turning into a friendly competition to see who can eat the most. Some of our "brave" teammates have sworn not to eat anything but donuts today. 🏆
Remember: Calories don't count on Fat Thursday! It’s a scientific fact (don’t check that).

This week, our Wrocław office hosted another Manager Academy meeting – "The Art of Engagement and Optimal Motivation." ☺️
This time, training participants had the opportunity to acquire additional skills in employee engagement and motivation within their teams.
We are delighted that our Managers and Leaders are eager to acquire new knowledge and participate in the training we offer 💪

Dying Light: The Beast has been winning the hearts of our players for over two weeks now 🥰
To celebrate its release, we decided to gather the entire company and spend time together, chatting and having fun in a forest-camping atmosphere 🏕️
There was plenty of good food, a bonfire, games and of course lots of smiles and good fun 😊
