Life’s movin fast 🚘💨🔥🔥💯🐼 Already 2 competitions under my belt this season. Round 1 in Arizona held by @team_bubblemilk where I qualified 3rd and lost in the top 16 (38 drivers competed). As well as, Round 2 in Vegas held by @prodigy_rc_ where I was able to finish on top the podium in 1st place 🥇✨🚘💨🔥🐼(32 drivers - full bracket) Off to a great start in my Rhino Racing Shark 🦈 paired with @maclanracing electronics! Shout out to my teammate @cnotedrift who has also already brought home a 1st place finish is his Shark this season! It was fun to catch up with the Vegas family and share some laughs and laps. So many new faces and opportunities entering the secene this year, I’m just excited to keep pushing and Keep RC Drift dope! And Fun! Quick thoughts on the new Overdose 4 Edge Springs on my @weld_overdose GALM. Been testing for a few months now and this is what I have landed on so far. I'm sure I will playing around with different spring configurations depending on track layout and conditions. Currently running 1.2-2560 front and 1.2-2055 rear. Compared to the previous Overdose springs, the 4 Edge springs feel noticeably more aggressive. The car reacts quicker to steering input and weight transfer, making the front end feel sharper and more direct. The flat / 4 Edge coil design helps reduce spring twist and side movement during compression, which makes the damper stroke feel smoother and more consistent. With 1.2-2560 up front, the steering feels very active during transitions and the car commits to angle faster. The 1.2-2055 in the rear keeps the car stable while still allowing snappy and smooth rotation on throttle. Overall the car feels responsive, aggressive, and consistent.
