This combination of tools make for a quick easy visual guide to setting the fork height in 5 different heights.
(Great for the people, like myself that suffer from bad eyesight and struggle to see the tiny millimetre increments on a steel rule)

Simply rest it against the fork and triple clamp and slide the fork into the correct height desired.
$22 AUD includes postage within Australia (international orders welcome but postage prices & additional fees will differ between countries)
Additional heights can be custom made for $2.50 AUD each.

Magnetic 🧲 Aerosol Holders.
Can be mounted on the side of a toolbox or workshop wall.
Designed to hold both the Can and the spray tube in place in on location.
Hidden rare earth magnets hold both the holder to the wall and the can to the holder. Also can be mounted via the provided screw holes.
(Not intended to be used in or on a moving vehicle) Strictly non moving toolbox’s only as product is only a holder not a full retention device.
Playing around with a few ideas.
This one is a syringe style lubricator for pre-lubing Fork Seals.
The blue puck is designed to suit 48mm fork seals that are common to most current KYB & WP suspension models. (Multiple pucks can be made to suit a variety of Seal sizes)
8 evenly spaced holes in the puck allow a small amount of grease to be applied to the seal before assembly.
Whats everyone’s thoughts?
This is only a prototype at this stage and due to see a few more design changes before I’m keen to put it to market.
The remaining 2 plugs for the Yamaha 250F Cylinder heads mocked up and test fit.
These 2 plugs are sealed via an oring and held in place by the standard fasteners to prevent unwanted debris or water entering whilst cleaning when the engine is out of the frame.
Also ideal for spare engine storage or transport.
These will be available to order in approximately 2 weeks.

Here’s a look at our freshly designed Yamaha YZ250f Engine plugs for intake and exhaust.
We are currently finalising the design work of two more additional cylinder head plugs to suit the YZ250f
Once these are completed and fully tested we will offer the sets for sale on an as order basis.

New Gen 2 Update for our popular Delta Shim Holding Tool.
We have made a small alteration to our tool so it’ll work with the 21mm KYB delta shim as well as the standard 20mm WP delta shims.
For customers who have purchased the Gen1 versions of our tool, You can preform a small modification to your current tool with a dremel or small die grinder,
Simply grind or file out the center of the three locking tabs big enough to gain clearance over the initial High Speed Shim.
This will also improve fitment on the current KTM 85 43mm WP AER fork.

Here’s our new delta shim locking tool.
Designed to locate the Delta shims (rebound face shims) found on most WP fork cartridge rods.
Since the shim is triangular in shape it has a tendency to move during torquing of the lock nut. This tool allows you to lock the shims into the correct orientation to the piston so torque can be applied to the nut without the shims twisting under the force of the torque being applied.
$25 each which also includes shipping anywhere in Australia.
No orders in the USA at this stage as we haven’t had time to organise our 3rd party tariff fee provider for postage into the US. (We will remove this restriction in the coming weeks)

This is a post I didn’t want to have to make.
But this morning I received an email from Australia Post in regards to the temporary suspension of postal services to USA,
Due to the changes in the US tariff laws all items sold into USA now incur a fee to be paid to US Customs & Border Protection
Australia Post is currently working with another third party supplier to offer a solution moving forward.
We at Tech167_3D will require time to digest these changes to fully understand the ramifications to our business moving forward.
I’d like to thank all our US based customers for their support and patience throughout this change over period.
Hopefully we can make some sense of these changes and be back to normal in quick time.
