The month of May we descend into another night of Heavy Metal destruction with our Friday Fright Night special! We have a mixed bag of killer bands to whet your metal palette including epic metal giants @darkyramusic , south-west stoner/doom band @preparethehiddenfeast , death metal skull crushers @vilemutilationau and heavy metal stalwarts @tearsofvenom_band . On top of all that we have local Perth metal legend Paul Di Scerni of thrash metal band @coldfateband taking over the DJ decks to crank out his favorite tunes all night. Paul is also bringing over the mighty Mortal Sin to Perth on June 20th via Executioner Promotions and we will have a double pass giveaway to the event! 🦎 TEARS OF VENOM / @tearsofvenom_band 🦎 Tears of Venom are a hard rock/metal band out of Perth WA, originally formed in 2018 as a cover band. Transitioning to originals and after some line up changes, they progressed into Tears Of Venom. With each band member bringing their own influences and flavour to the creative process, Tears of Venom enter the stage with a distinct sound. Their live shows are very energetic and emotive, and encourage audiences to tap their feet and get involved. Frontman Jason Hobbit Thew eagerly encourages crowd participation, making the audience part of the show. 2024 has so far seen them play at the Inaugural Kalbarri Open Air Festival in March and release their debut single, with a new single to be released later in the year. Goldie says… “After searching high and low for an act that walked between folk elements and metal, we came across Tears of Venom’s self titled debut single. The softly strumming guitar and gentle flute reaching into roaring guitar and drums was perfect for what we were after. We’re so excited to be sharing the stage with them!
