Tears Of Joy | 1 Year Anniversary Label Night One year after its launch, Berlin-based label Tears Of Joy returns to RSO Berlin to celebrate its first anniversary with the second official label night — a gathering dedicated to the sound, community and emotional intensity that defines the project. Founded by Echoes Of October, Tears Of Joy has quickly established itself as a platform for forward-thinking club music rooted in the energy of Berlin’s underground. The label connects artists exploring the intersection of driving techno, trance-infused euphoria and emotionally charged rave aesthetics. Following the first label night, which brought together artists including Drazzit, Pernox, Molly Lollen, Sina XX and Mirella Kroes, the anniversary edition continues this vision with a lineup that reflects the label’s evolving network of collaborators and close musical allies. Out March 13, 2026 on Tears Of Joy. Tears Of Joy returns with its second release, welcoming Rotterdam-based artist Enigma Trax for a deep and immersive journey into minimalist groove techno. Titled Velvet EP, the record captures a raw and atmospheric sound that moves between hypnotic rhythm and spacious, spherical textures. Recorded entirely as live takes, the EP preserves the immediacy and subtle imperfections of the moment. Each track unfolds organically, driven by rolling grooves, restrained percussion, and enveloping atmospheres that gradually draw the listener into a fluid and meditative sonic space. With a focus on reduction and movement, Enigma Trax crafts a sound that is both intimate and club-ready. The minimal framework allows every detail to breathe, while the warm, velvety textures give the record its distinctive character. Velvet EP marks the second chapter for Tears Of Joy and further defines the label’s vision: emotionally resonant techno with depth, patience, and a strong sense of atmosphere.
