2021  Teamwin annual Christmas function.  The last 16 months was an interesting time for businesses, however integrity, being resilient, having grit, giving back and proving a sense of community, and not being an arsehole in general, has been the main beneficial pillars of teamwin over the last 15 years.  A big big thank you to all my clients and everyone behind .au Lets prep for the next unknown hurdles next year DM now if you want to jump aboard next year. .au @citygymsydney

Progress can be looked at as a science. As long as you have the right formulae. It’s said that succeeding is just trying one more time than your last fail. It just depends on how many times you're willing to fail. It can be in fitness, work, relationships. Most coaches have failed more than many clients have tried. .au

One important thing I’ve picked up with improving fitness and mental health; is to understand the situation without a biased view, not comparing yourself to others, better or worse. The hard bit is accepting the situation for what it actually is. THEN moving forward from there. This resonates with the whole COVID experience. Business owners and sole traders and are trying to maneuver around it, but having decisions stemming from a state of panic, negativity, or anger will limit their visibility to where the next step ought to be.

To be better at ANYTHING, is to raise the bar, raise your personal standards, and observe your non-negotiables. Don’t be controlled by circumstances, be proactive, and have a roadmap, not just a plan B. If your not willing to control what you can, things you can't control will knock you for six. Most plans goes tits up..... jusy saying...

Exercise doesn't have to be long or super hard. Just do something your mind and body will thank you for. Even just a walk.

Due to the isolation period amongst us, many people are walking, jogging, running more but I'm betting most will see an increase in weight. This is what I’ve always been screaming. Cardiovascular exercise does not make you reduce weight. You need a caloric deficit. Great for mental health 100%, great for fitness. However, Fitness and weightloss are not always the same thing.
