This month, as we recognize International Women’s Day and global initiatives that celebrate inclusion, leadership, and opportunity, we’re proud to introduce a new collaboration between @right_track_racing , @teamsgr , and @underpressuresyndicate , united by one shared mission: Educate. Elevate. Empower. Get on the Right Track. Through the Right Track Racing platform, this collaboration is focused on opening more structured and legal pathways into motorsports: connecting gearheads to drag racing, drifting, performance driving, and curated fan experiences across Formula 1, Indy, and other motorsport events. By creating accessible entry points and educational opportunities, the initiative aims to help enthusiasts discover motorsport safely while building stronger connections between drivers, fans, technology, and the broader car culture community. We chose to highlight this initiative during a month that celebrates international leadership and progress because the future of motorsport and car culture must be inclusive, welcoming, and accessible to everyone. Motorsport culture is evolving, and we believe the next generation of drivers, engineers, #F1 fans, and enthusiasts should all SEE & feel they have a place in it. Team SGR was established in 1999 on the belief that car culture should never feel intimidating or exclusive, but empowering and educational. “When we create supportive entry points into motorsports, we strengthen the entire community.” • Anna Hyai, Team SGR The passion is real. The culture is strong. “We’re meeting people where they are: at schools, shows, at the track, and showing them what ‘doing it right’ actually looks like,” said Blaise Kurucz, founder of Right Track Racing. “By combining education, motorsports, shows, meets, drifting, car culture, and fan experiences, this partnership creates multiple on-ramps for people to get involved safely and responsibly.” More announcements coming soon. #CarCulture #diversityisbeautiful #womeninspiringwomen

The Devil drives a McLaren this weekend. Moments like this remind me why I fell in love with motorsport. I really wish I had brought a proper camera for this. 😅 Seeing the MP4-23A, MP4/14, and M23 up close… Was a bit surreal. The spirit of James Hunt, Aryron Senna, Emerson Fittipaldi, Mika Häkkinen and many more were present. Championship cars. Championship mindset. 🏁 McLaren Racing Live hits different. Moments like this remind you performance is not instant. It is engineered over time. #McLaren #McLarenRacing #F1

Miami just hits different. 🏝️ Sprint weekend. New FIA, teams, drivers, & tech updates. High pressure. But the real highlight? The people who show up. The conversations that happen off track. The connections that carry forward long after the weekend ends. If you’re heading to the #MiamiGP this weekend, let’s connect and make it count. 🌴 #MiamiFlorida #Formula1

You don’t really know a tire… until you test it like this. Spent the day at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park @ctmpofficial for the launch of the @motomaster Hydra Edge Plus, putting it through real-world conditions, not just straight-line driving, but braking, cornering, and consistency under load on different driving surfaces. As a performance driving race coach, this is where it matters. Not just what’s on paper, but how it behaves when you push it. What stood out wasn’t just the performance, but the engineering behind it. A tire developed over 3 years in Canada alongside, tested across multiple environments, and built with a clear focus on wet performance, control, and Tier 1 industry standard driver confidence. We walked through the technical details, from compound design to tread behavior, and then got to experience it firsthand. Because performance only matters when it’s proven across multiple environments. And the race track always tells the truth. What matters most to you when it comes to tire performance, grip, braking, or confidence? #MotorsportMindset #trackperformance #fyp

Recalibrated. Ready? The F1 #MiamiGP returns with a Sprint weekend after a 5 week gap from the #SuzukaGP, with new variables introduced by the FIA recently. Energy harvesting reduced from 9 MJ to 8 MJ, with further adjustments being evaluated to limit unpredictable delivery and “super-clipping.” The Ollie Bearman incident forced that conversation forward. High-speed closing differentials. Reduced predictability at full throttle. A 50G impact that escalated safety discussions. Now it’s not just performance being optimized. It’s risk being recalibrated. Laps. Data. Repetition. Who’s watching #F1 this weekend? What are your Sprint weekend predictions?

Track-tested. No shortcuts. As a performance driving race coach, this is where it matters, working through grip, braking, and consistency under real load. Spent some time pushing the @motomaster Performance Edge tire at @ctmpofficial speed, focusing on control, predictability, and repeatable performance. It’s always inspiring to see innovation and precision come together like this, a true reflection of 🇨🇦 Canadian excellence. Because performance only matters when it’s tested. #TrackTested #PerformanceDriving #Invited

Ferrari Fridays, with a cosmic view. Watching Artemis II with our Scuderia Ferrari family dinner last week; different environment, same appreciation for precision, performance, and systems that MUST work when it matters. From trackside to the lunar orbit, the parallels are always there. Preparation. Execution. With a side of pasta. 🍝 😜 With the 2026 race track season underway and performance driving coaching about to ramp up, it’s a good reminder that the fundamentals don’t change. Looking forward to getting back on track, working with #drivers, #media & #events and building consistency where it counts. Want to work with us this season? Send us a DM! 🚀

Anna and I stopped by Gilles Villeneuve Pit Stop, and had an exclusive opportunity to talk to Melanie Villeneuve about her father, the new clothing brand and life in general. Underrated leadership move: Let silence speak. Not everything needs to be explained. Not every version of you needs correcting. Some will call you difficult when you chose self-respect. Mistake restraint for weakness. Some will misunderstand distance when it was discipline. Let them. Because some things are not meant to be seen or spoken of. They are meant to be protected. And when the moment comes, you won’t need to defend who you are. It will show.

The fastest car won’t always win at Suzuka. Not in 2026. Because performance now has a limit: not how fast you go, but how long you can sustain it. Suzuka and the #JapanGP always felt different. After travelling to Japan in my early life for an extended solo trip, that impression stayed. The culture and the rhythm of built on elevated precision, respect, and consequence. Now the data from FP laps reflects it. The constraint has shifted, from tyres to energy. The lap still builds, but it doesn’t always return. And once performance drops, it doesn’t come back. Looking forward to an exciting race!

The race can be lost, but the fight cannot. Champions are not measured only by the laps they win, but by the ones they refuse to quit. Zandvoort, 1979. Gilles #Villeneuve had already fought his Ferrari into the lead when a left-rear puncture turned into a full tyre failure. He spun, recovered, and somehow brought the car back toward the pits on three wheels, one arm raised to warn the cars behind. Formula 1 still remembers it as one of the sport’s purest examples of refusal. Not because it was tidy. Because it was Villeneuve. #FerrariFriday, for the drivers who never confuse adversity with the end. 📷: @gilles27official
