Kimberly has been working with me since mid-February, this before photo is from about a month into us training together.
When she began working with me, her goal was to lean out her midsection while still maintaining the strength and muscle she built with @fitcoachmaryaaam 🫶🏼
She’s stayed consistent with 3x/week training, shows up to each session with a positive attitude, and always gives it her all. Her lifts have stayed strong and continue to progress 🤩
While she’s leaned out in her midsection and upper body, the scale hasn’t changed much which is a great reminder that the number on the scale isn’t everything!!
She’s about to start a meal plan soon and I’m excited to see what the next phase of her progress looks like 💓💪🏼
