Had a great weekend @zg_tristate with my 4th grade teamcrate girls! 💪 We went 1 and 3 in a 4th/5th division. For their first AAU tournament, we were in every game. I'm so proud of them.
Now looking forward to getting in the gym with them. What I love more than anything is that they love to work. And with coaches like @sports_fr1 and @coachieff_teamcrate who know how to develop young ballers? Watch out. 🧱

In dominate fashion team crate cruises with dominance performance against tough Maui team. In 13u division winning by double Digit’s team create strategy was let them shoot and attack. With the score increasing at 38-19 team create went to open shots now playing outside game to seal game to get the win. With Adam being MVP of the game of 17 points. This showed up to be crucial game for AJ also to add 11 rebounds. Struggling at free throw line he more likely end up with 25 points. This learning curve as I seen Adam growth in minimum of months , team create sure is developing talent like always have been. sweep win 4-0 winning the 13u Perimeter championship.

14u boys championship 🏆 @sniperslegacy_
14u champion was 5 star rankings. Sniper legacy vs Milton park. Two strong teams with guards and forwards, but the one with the most discipline wins. As both coaches stress being perfect on every possession to service a league. Snipers legacy followed the protocol. With dominant fashion they were up 20 points and cruise their way to championship win winning a sweep of 4-0. With Sonny coming off as MVP last game with Maui foundation tournament , this week was show of speedy and Jahkai. Two guards who exposed in shooting and attacking the basket. Jahkai showed up as player of the 14u bracket with his crafty skills of finishing at the basket. Better yet more brining his defense to offense. As this set the tone for upcoming season of AAU this start winning a championship to another level!
As the @nycpsal 4A City Playoffs 2nd Round goes down today let’s #flashback to the 2023-2024 season where the @teamcrate lead @farrockawayhsmensbasketball pulled the 2nd rd upset of the playoffs over all time winningest coach @ronnaclerio undefeated @cardozohoops 72-66 lead by Aaron Jones ( @_a.m0ney_ ) 20 Pts 11rebs & Jamel Fletcher 21 pts 7rebs 3ast which was their second victory that playoff over a borough champion after knocking off Thurgood Marshall in the 1st rd
